Was that the only time it happened? Has it happened again since? A quick call to the shop who did your exhaust work might help determine if the exhaust was coated with something that was supposed to burn off... just some thoughts.

thats wierd... maybe something was in the exhaust? haha idk what it could be if it was just for a minute when you started it...

Some / a lot of newer exhausts do have to burn in for a good full hour to two, because of the packing materials inside the wool that surrounds it...so a lot of smoke comes out.... but I would check your tune as well possibly?

Yes! I don't know exactly how they differ but your base map needs to be a reflash and not a real time...in fact this info I believe is included in the map descriptions.

Yeah, stage 1, stage 2, maps tailored by a tuner or for a turbo upgrade MUST be the BASE map..... the real time maps are for things like economy mode or when you valet the car

Let us know what happens.... i had issues w/ my accessport on my 03 WRX and Cobb has great tech support, tried everything they could before asking me to ship it back at their expense
