Default Smoke out of tail pipe on startup

When i started my car the last couple of times i notice a good puff of white/blue smoke (its hard to tell what color so far) comes out of the tail pipes for a second is this normal during brake in or should i just forget about. I will keep checking the oil to see if i am losing any. Thanks

It was very cold last night here in the north east. My car does the same thing when it's really cold out and has been since new.
