This was just a base run to see what the car was doing. The filter was in the car for about 1 week.
The AF increase is just going off what Cobb says the AF should be.

I used to run a K&N forever in my wrx, loved it (including with Cobb AP stg 1 & 2).. can't imagine the STI is somehow gonna break because of one.

I ran a lightly oiled Green air filter in my stock '07 for an entire RallyCross season without trouble, but then I never did any data logging like the tuners have. They know more about it than I do, so I think I'll stick with replacement stock filters on my '08 this season.

I had one on my 06 WRX since day one and never had a problem, even before I got tuned but, who knows with the new STi? Its seems to be a more complex animal but I doubt a filter change would do much. anyone have any new aftermarket exhaust experience yet? I can't find much on here.

I am getting a bit worried. I had my car tuned with a kn drop in but I have not noticed any issues. Whenever I clean my filter I also clean my maf with maf cleaner.
