Changing the outside temperature gauge from Fahrenheit to Celsuis?

I just brought an 08 STI to Canada from the U.S.

Can you change the outside temperature gauge from Fahrenheit to degrees Celsuis?

If so, how do you go about doing this? Thanks!

havent heard of doing so.

You might ask the dealer about that.
I am guessing there is something in the electronics that makes it F, or else the sensor sends the number signal.

I know for the 04-07 you can't change it and this was after they installed the new gauge cluster to KM's

According to the service manual, it cannot be changed electronically, as the clock display units are different between Canada and the US. The US unit actually doesn't even have a "C" (Celcius) marking, and the indicators for the airbags status are different as well.
