We have released a 1.01 revision to all the 2008 STi maps.

2008 STi Maps

1.01 - Revised Boost Limits parameters, modified WGDC tables to avoid boost creep in higher gears, and increased authority for the boost control system to make corrective adjustments.

To use any map off of our website you need to make sure you are using the most recent version of AccessPORT Manager and you need to have firmware 1.2.X.X or higher on your AccessPORT. You can check your firmware in the About menu on the AccessPORT. If you have older firmware, here is a link to the most recent firmware:

Firmware 1.2.6.X

Those of you that are having over boost issues, try the new 1.01 map and report back with how the car is performing.

Great news Chris! Out of curiosity, will these changes yield less power overall?

No, power output should be the same. They will correct the boost issues that people are experiencing in higher gears and high load situations.

Not entirely. Seems to have worked for some though.

HELP PLEASE HELP!!!! I switched over to the Perrin 91 octane map 2 days ago and today was the first day that i went WOT to red line in 4th and 5th.. then i knew i got a code... everything came on saying check engine, and cruise and so i then put my accessport in and the code came up P0244. Has anyone else got this on the perrin 91 map... i was using the cobb1.01 or the newest watevs and this never happened... Should i just reflash it back to the cobb one? please Help me THANK YOU

I'm getting P0244 with either the Perrin 91 or the Cobb 91. Doesn't seem to matter

Oh god. Please let WRXGUY see this thread..

I'm thinking maybe an EWG upgrade may be necessary to run the OTS maps safely...especially with the differences in air density from temp/elevations in the various regions. Even with a protune...since densities can change simply from temperature variations.

SirMattieP, you can do any of the steps you mentioned... But before testing out the Perrin map again I would e-mail them with the problem you have had.

08DenverSTI, I would recommend a protune for the elevation you are at. Perrin is @ sea level and the map they sent me hasn't thrown a cel yet... And boy is it strong. Same went for the Cobb 91ACN v1.01. On that note, sent Cobb and Perrin both feedback on what your experience(s) have been with their maps... The more feedback they get from various regions the better.
