Did you find the maps, I did not.

Since you have the AP i command you to write a report on the performance and drivability with the new flash in your 08'

This is if you already have the AP-SUB-003

If you order the AP, it will come uploaded with the newest maps.

Once you put on the AP, the SI mode will act similar to a map selector switch.

For instance when in "I" mode and going up a hill at partial throttle the boost gauge will be at 0 (right in between boost, and no vacuum). When the switch is turned to the S#, the boost instantly jumps up to 1bar and starts going up

Ok, so if I order the AP it will have both stg1 and 2 preloaded for 91oct.

Do you also have any data for these different setups. I am primary interested in HP/TQ for stg1 and stg2, 91oct.

Just to clarify - the Access Port v2.0 (such as the one I have for my '07) won't work with the '08 right? They had to do a new version for CanBUS support, as I understand it, but they don't really make that clear on their site.

unless i'm a complete moron, which is ENTIRELY possible, they are not any maps included in the firmware update. i guess i have to wait until they actually show up on the cobb site.

If you check the part number for the 2007 you'll see it's a diffirent model. Incompatible.

You will need to follow the instructions to upload the new Maps. When you download the new firmware the maps will be included.
We are doing this to all our our in house AP-SUB-003 that we have on the shelves, and it is working properly.

sorry to keep going on about this, but i updated my AP manager, ran the executable for the firmware update, updated the firmware on the AP via the AP manager and still no maps to be found. can you cut & paste or point me to the instructions for extracting the maps from the firmware update?

Might want to contact Cobb Tuning directly.

As we are following the instructions that is listed on how to do it, and are having no problems.

So I've been unable to find any numbers in terms of performance gains (aside from graph on Cobb's site) nor have I been able to find out the exact maps which are included. Please point me in the right direction, or better yet TELL me. Thanks.
