There certainly is nothing wrong with responding, but I highly encourage everyone to read the entire thread first. It help to reduce the clutter as well as reduce to propagation of incorrect information. (not in this case of course)

I have an Invidia divorced bellmouth DP on my 05 WRX and the nuts on the turbo end were almost impossible to install. The clearance between the nut and the actual DP was so small, that there was no socket in the world that would fit. Which is why they gave you special nuts, ones that have almost no flange so they would fit. PITA nonetheless, i'm going with COBB this time around.

any idea if the "new" 08 Invidia WRX/STI Divorce Waste-Gate Down-Pipe
is exactly the same just using different part numbers?

wonder which 1 will make more power if there not the same

They will make the same power. Both are 3" and have a bellmouth. The LGT I used was the V3, as that is the only one of 2 the invidia offers for the Legacy.

any dyno numbers with the invidia dp? planning to buy the catless invidia divorced down pipe. any difficulties in the install most especially with clearances?

Yes but with a protune (cobb's ots maps are for catted dp's) you can get more power with them as there isnt as much restriction for the exhaust gases. I'll be probably picking up a invida catless dp next week and a cobb ap.
