Default Whiteline sways rust?

I was down at Agile getting my car tuned and askek Hill about sways for my car. I was leaning toward whiteline, but he said that he had them on his car and the finish wore off of them and started rusting in less than two years. He said to go with either Cobb or Cusco. Anyone else experience this? Apparently whitelines are not powdercoated.

The paint should be fine if you're good about keeping the bushings lubed. Even in the event of the paint chipping, the lube will prevent rust. On my own bar, it looks like primer underneath the outer coat of paint. No rust.

ALL bars will rust if you scratch or chip the paint (a pretty easy thing to have happen since it's, well, under your car). Now I don't know about you guys but since we can pretty much take if for granted that all brands are going to rust some I would much prefer to have a solid bar. Especially if you've ever seen a hollow bar that got wet on the inside.

I came in here to say this.

I've had Whiteline bars on both of my Subarus, and rust has never been a problem with our midwestern winters.
