Agreed that you cant go wrong with Ohlins, even tho they are not Swedish but rather Japanese now (I think). I've been in the motorcycle business all my life and Ohlins have always been at the top of the suspension heap.

My main delima is that my Cuscos have/are allowing me to be really competitive against cars with higher end Ohlins/Penske/Motons/etc. I am just wondering if my speed is because the Cuscos are so good or if am I going fast in spite of my Cuscos.

I really dont want/need to change/upgrade if my parts are as good as they seem. It's just that I dont see many/any competitive cars running Cuscos at the races I go to other than me.

On one hand, I am happy with their performance. On the other hand, I dont want to stop trying to make improvements because that's when I'll stop being competitive.

Endura Techs look awesome, I just wish more people ran them. I think their Japanese. Their the only japanese coilovers I would consider.

Engineered in Sweden, built in Japan. AFAIK they are still the same valving as they always were.

i thought they were german? In any case i know atleast the spportlines are made in germany, sweden, wherever, and assembled in japan.

This is just my 2 cents, but i feel like if the cusco's gave you just as good performance as the ohlins/penske's/etc then other people would be running them. There probably isn't a huge difference between the cusco's and the other stuff, but at your level the difference is big enough to make people pay the extra cash. Being able to set up bound, rebound, etc. for every track is a pretty big deal. The upper crust coilovers might only get you another .5 second a lap, but if that's the difference between first and sixth then it's worth it to a lot of guys.
