rotating strut tops

Ok I've been searching all day long for any info about this. I've read one reference to it but no real info. Is there any alignment benefit to rotating the strut tops? Will the 3 bolts even line up in any other way? Just trying to find any cheap way to get more castor/camber.

no - the confusion is that you can swith the RCE camber plates from side to side for a little added caster. Someone mistakenly said you could just rotate them, but IIRC thats not the case.

Or have them redrilled for a different orientation.

Swapping several brands top plates will yield more caster but it wont effect the camber. I remember hearing that it wasnt a win-win deal tho, there are some trade offs but I dont remember what.

Less total camber available, and a static relationship between camber & caster, since the plates are only single adjustable.

Speaking of which, does anybody make double adjustable plates for the STI? Kinda like most all the plates available for Mustangs. Caster & camber both, independently adjustable.
