Not easily, no. Sorry. Not even some really expensive car modeling programs can do that! If you just wanted to guess and estimate, you could add bushing flex (in inches) to the "tire deflection" cells in the spreadsheet. For ground clearance, though, don't forget: roll is just one part- you have to allow for the inevitable bumps in corners, too.
