IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2006 Trader Rating: (6) | Generally speaking, the strut bars don't really do a whole lot. They may take a bit of rattle/squeak out of the windshield or rear glass, but their effect on chassis rigidity is minimal. There's a HUGE bar that goes from one side of the car to the other up under the dash already. If you really want to improve the chassis stiffness, get an X-Brace. As far as my reading can tell, it provides a moticeable improvement. It's not cheap, though, and it could change your class at AutoX. |
