IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2006 Trader Rating: (7) | It really depends on what you plan to do with your car. Drag? AutoX? Road Race? Rally? If you want an improvement in handling, I would go with ALK hands down. |

| Halliburton Mercenary | engine and tranny mounts don't do all too much, especially at stock power levels. when you get closer to the 400whp mark, a tranny mount becomes needed since the drivetrain will move more with all that power, but before then it doesn't fix any problem. the alk will fix a problem, and give you better handling. (not going into it here, search if you need to know specifics) therefore, i'd go with the alk. btw- this is coming from someone with the alk and cusco engine and tranny mounts. |

IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2004 Trader Rating: (8) | If you are track oriented go ALK but if its mostly a daily driver around town do the engine and tranny mounts. I felt the upgraded mounts more than the ALK I have installed then again I have a little more power and a little more suspension bits than stock. |

| Halliburton Mercenary | I agree you FEEL the mounts more in day-to-day driving, but that doesn't mean the do MORE for you. You just don't feel the ALK doing its job so obviously, but it is every time you power out of a turn. |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2006 Trader Rating: (2) | for a daily driver, you'll get more pleasure out of engine & tranny mounts, hands down. I just installed the group-n's, and absolutely love them! Wish the car came like this stock. I wrote a long review on them too, so search my name and check it out. Hopefully that will help you out. My vote goes to the mounts... ~Jesse |

| Halliburton Mercenary | If you choose mounts, get the cusco's over the group n's. they make my car just feel faster. oh- and don't be a pansy. install them yourself. |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2005 Trader Rating: (10) | Having installed both on many cars, the ALK does much more for your car than the engine/tranny mounts. FYI This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |
