IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (9) | Forgive me for not searching, but ive just come home from work and really don't feel like searching right now. This weekend I will be getting the whiteline front and rear sway bar, rear swaybar mounts, and rear endlinks. Will i also need front endlinks? I havnt seen any whiteline front endlinks so will i need to buy them from another manufacturer? Anything i should know when installing the swaybars? Tips or advice? By the way both the front and rear swaybars are 24mm. I'll add more questions when my headache goes away . Thanks This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2006 Trader Rating: (7) | Front endlinks are not required. Only rears are required. Sway bar installation is rather easy. Just make sure you take your time and do not forget to grease/teflon tape your bushings or else they will be noisy and wear prematurely. |

As for the teflon tape idea I have been running Cobb Front and rear with Kartboy enlinks for about a year with no problems. If you get Kartboy endlinks check that they are well lubricated before you install them or they will clunk. |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (9) | i found that rallysportdirect has them as a bundle front and rear for 180. But they also have the whiteline super heavy duty front and rear endlinks for 132 each and theyre adjustable. Im assuming with 24mm sways i'll be ok with the kartboy ones and i wont need the super heavy duty ones? |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2006 Trader Rating: (7) | I would go with the Kartboys because they are cheaper as a package. No point in spending more for the Whiteline endlinks with no major performance benefit. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2003 Trader Rating: (3) | As far a teflon tape and grease is concerned....anyone in California do not need to perform this function. For those of you in the salt belt and other areas where you see snow or drive in the winter, it is recommended to use teflon tape and additional grease on the swaybar bushing. The corrosive elements dry out the supplied grease and end up creating a "creak/squawk" noise between the bushing and the swaybar. BTW....I envy you clean state car-owners.
