Will those of use with existing RPM subframes be able to modify our subframe to use the splash tray? Perhaps bolt-on?

Yes it will take some tapping and drilling of holes to install inserts nothing to hard ,we played with a ton of different ways to secure tray to the brace and came to the conclusion this was the best solution .

P.S. I am leaning towards either the RPM or the GT Spec
The only one I know of that uses the stock undertray is the Do-luck.

Have you guys felt the stock u-brace subframe? It's a lot lighter than it looks (hollow).

My main purpose is to gain clearance that was lost by the ALK spacers and because of my lowered car. Stiffer and lighter are bonuses!

Anyone have any last thoughts before I pull the trigger on this one?

RPM (I went with the chromoly one). works great with my whiteline ALK - no need for spacers....pitch them.

I actually had the opportunity to compare the Beatrush and stock subframe while it was off to install my ALKs (the shop had the Beatrush in stock)...I didn't use a scale to weigh it but it is definitely lighter by feel.

This may be an option for you as well because you don't need the ALK spacers to install it.
