IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | my car has severe understeer all of a sudden. it started after my BBS wheels were repaired and repainted after the morons at the dealership scuffed up all four wheels changing to winter tires. now they're back on, they look fine but the car just can't turn into the corner! any ideas? IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | the speed is the same as im used to. driving on the same roads and corners that I've done in the past, the car just does not feel the same, not as stable and always goes wide. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2006 Trader Rating: (3) | While since the tires were removed and remounted, check the tire pressures. Chances are they're either very over-inflated or very under-inflated. It's unlikely that you have any alignment problems caused by the shop that repaired the wheels. Gary Last edited by upncummr; 05-12-2007 at 10:58 AM. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2006 Trader Rating: (3) | Another thing to check is whether they have the tires mounted on the correct side of the car or on the wheels correctly. It's possible they're mounted the tires inside-out on the wheels. They might change the amount of grip you're used to on the front end. Gary |
