Default Swaybar mount~weird discovery

I was under the car replacing an exhaust manifold gasket today when I noticed that my passenger's side swaybar mount was hanging by a thread. The nut was still on (but loose) and the bolt was completely gone. Luckily, loworbitsi had a spare bolt that happened to be the right size and pitch so I replaced it but I just thought this was strange since the mounts were torqued to spec. Has anyone else had this happen? On the bright side, I discovered that I can remove my swaybar mounts easily without dropping the subframe since I have the spacers from my alk.

The bolts holding the swaybar bracket onto the swaybar mount on my car backed off and almost completely fell off of my car once. Fortunately I discovered it before I lost it.

I check it frequently now.

I also found one of my swaybar mount bolts backed nearly all the way out awhile back. Now I use blue locktite...no problems since.
