need your advice

I'm looking for the 18" arceo sugostar. I found a place that had a pretty good deal but they've got some shady business handlings. I asked for the person to call me back but they never have. I also asked to talk to the manager and they never called me back. I still very much like the rims but I was wondering if any you's out there have the rims and if they are available cheap somewhere else other than rimstop.com or the arceo website.

How do you know if the spokes and offset clear the STi caliper?

Look kinda heavy...
