I run -2.8F, -1.5R with 18x8.5 rims, 235/40/18 RT-615's, it works pretty well. I would like to pull back to -2.5 or so. On my stock rims and some michlen tires I am running the same setup and after about 5k on the tires I can't really notice any abnormal wear. My setup is

Tanabe GF210 05 spec springs
Whiteline 27-29 FSB (29, this is going down)
Whiteline 22-24-26 (24, this is going up)
PDE v2 Camber plates
18x8.5 5Zigen FN01R-C
235/40/18 Falken RT-615

For DD this isn't to bad actually. The car is very responsive, but easily controlable.

I get more rear body roll than i want but i assume the whiteline alk i just ordered will help that. Maybe also a bigger rear bar. I also need to set the front bar to 29mm and at least get some bolts to get the front camber to -2. Any thoughts on dialing the rear camber more positive? I assumed it was to make sure my 235's wouldnt rub
I'd leave the rear where it is and crank the front to about -2. I've found running auto-x style alignments make the car a bit too nervous for my liking in the winter. I don't like moving toward 0 rear camber for year round daily driving. YMMV. Come drive my car and see what you think. I'm at -1.3 F -1.75 R as of my last Europa alignment.

UGot- Unless you have camber plates in the front you won't be able to get much more than -1 up front. I don't remember exactly what the max for an '04 is but I thought it wasn't much more than -1 to -1.25.
