Default Noise when turning left

Whenever turn left, something makes a pop pop pop sound. If I am turning harder the popping gets faster. Anybody have any ideas? I checked the endlinks and they are tight. It just started doing it within the last few days, and I havent changed anything on my car in that time. I cant figure out what it is and it is bugging the crap out of me. It drives fine it just makes the wierd noise when turning left only.

Wheel bearing? Perhaps the axle nut?

I had a noise like that, then I found a socket rolling around on my TMIC.

From what I have gathered, if it sounds like a popping noise when turning, then you might want to check your axles.

What would I look for on my axles? I dont mind noises as long as I know they dont mean something is messed up. Im ok with noises from coilovers. This is a new noise though and it isnt just on slow corners its on any left hand corner. I guess I should have phrased that better, I hope this particular noise goes away with the coilovers. If i get 10 more noises that mean better performance i am perfectly fine with that

I have the same problem. Its the axle. They can get groves and when you are turning left that is the noise you are hearing. If you dont fix it it will just keep getting more and more loud.

I dont think you can go look and see. It has a rubber fitting over it that is packed with grease and sealed so when your wheel is turning it moves left and right and within that you probably have groves that are making that noise. Was your car in an accident?

no accident, it just started making this noise last week. I was reading about people having noises from a loose axle nut too, so I am going to check that also.
