I got to go run for the first time at a track day over at lil talladega. I was in the novice devision and wasn't allowed to pass my first two times on the track. But once I got used to the lines and got to run the car I was amazingly pleased at how the car handled. It was very neautral and It just went where I pointed the car. It's a pretty tight course and I never felt out of control with the car even when I upset it. I am VERY happy with the suspension mods that I have done so far.
The Sti pink and the Strut tops are def the way to go unless you do tracks all the time and want to put up with the ride abuse of coil overs.
I also have a 21 mm front sway bar. Someone put it in my ear that I should try that instead of the rear sway bar. It made a huge difference in turn in. And I think the rear wheels grip the ground better around turns. The carbotech brakes worked great. Never got a bit of fade. All and all I had a great time.

Dan

You were looking good out there Dan!

I was there with Dan as well and it was a fun weekend.

I got up to 110 in the back straight then braked a lil in turn four and back up to 95 towards turn five.

My sti had a rear bar vs the front and it was fun on the track. I should have rode in Dan's to get an idea of what the differences were.

My Porterfield R4S' were on the backing plates at the end of Sunday too. I guess I need R4's next time.

*4-deep on the front straight. :P

I wasn't going quite as fast as Trey, but I was cooking it pretty good the last time on the track. I would of just gotten faster as time went on. It was alot of fun and I am really happy how the car handled. Now I got to buy new tires lol.
