Default Alignment, ALK, Caster, Bump Steer and more

I've searched this, but came up empty. Could a few guys please post the stock alignment specs that are in you owners' manual. I would like you to post Caster, Camber and Toe specs for each model year. I want to see if Subaru has changed much on the 07's. My brother has a 06 and his specs are different. Thanks

2007
______Toe________ Camber________ Caster(not in manual)
Front 0"(0mm)_____ -0*30' ___________Left Front 0.9*

Rear 0"(0mm)______ -1*40' ___________Right Front 1.1*

The caster specs I got when I did an alignment on my car. They are my actual caster readings. According to the print-out the specified range for a 02-06 Impreza including the STI should be 4.1*-5.6*. I take it Subaru def changed more than meets the eye.

If a mod is reading this, I think this should be added to the suspension threads of interest. I've been looking for this exact info for some time now.

I called a Subaru dealer today and they said they don't have the alignment specs for 07 STi's. I find that very hard to believe. Any help in this department would also be great.

the biggest difference i would venture to guess would be the caster. the 2007 will lose about 1.6 degrees of caster compared to the 2006 since it lost the sexy aluminium spec-c control arms.

the 07s still have the aluminum control arms...i posted pics of this in a different thread. the only specs in the owner's manual are for camber and toe. those are the specs i used when i aligned my car at work. i would really like to know what the stock caster spec is on my 07, but every where i look i come up empty. the specs i posted are the specs that are in my owners manual except for caster. on a side note, what is the most neg camber anyone has gotten out of their stock setup? i was told about -0.5 was about the max. i adjusted mine to -1.0 with no problem. i'm going to get it back in here to see just how far it will go.

I just had my 2007 STI Ltd aligned, but I had previously put in Whiteline camber bolts so I don't know what they were aligned at from the factory. The rear cambers were -1.27L and -1.26R. After re-aligning my fronts I have -1.79L and -1.96R. We could not get any more out of the left front.
Will check out the handling over the next few days.

yes, they still have aluminium control arms you are right. BUT, they have the lower caster design ones, ie standard jdm sti control arms. the 2004-06 USDM STi got jdm spec C control arms with extra castor.

i would now say that your stock caster is equal to that of a wrx give or take a few degrees.

I thought that WRX's had stamped steel control arms? Or are you just saying they are the same design, but made out of different materials? What model year WRX are you refering to?
