New Tein EDFC Unit out? Date?

I am ordering a set of Tein Flex coilovers for my 04 STi. I was recently browsing their web site (http://www.tein.com/edfc.html) and I saw that they have developed a new EDFC controller. I was wondering if anyone knows when that comes out? Or if it is already out? (The new one I am talking about is the black one on the top of the linked page. Thanks for the help.
