Post Race Car Fun with New Alingnment

Just got my car aligned with Cobb Sport Springs and H&R Camber Bolts up front and wow my car feels like a freaking Race Car turn in is immediate and it tracks quite nicely for the spec's I have. Ok so here is what they got with the bolts Front Camber -2.0 Rear camber Right wheel -1.9 Left wheel -1.7 and 0 toe all around I am loving my car what do you think my tire wear will be like and how often should I rotate my tires as I just bought new tires and wheels.

Thanks for Looking

Yeah I have a real good idea, I'm on track in one every other weekend.

well then you should understand that its pointless to get camber within a degree acuracy if when your actually driving the difference left to right will be larger because of your weight.

the only way to do it right is to get in the car while its aligned.

Yep and that's why its unacceptable, accuracy is everything it doesn't matter if its an engine build or suspension.

.2 degrees of camber on my car can change the inside and the outside tire temps by 40 degrees. SO you align you're car however you like, some of us actually put effort into going faster and .2 degrees of camber makes a difference.

I get my alignments and cornerbalancing of coilovers done with me in the car to get it perfect.

It does matter and is noticeable on the track.

How is he supposed to adjust the rear camber if he only has camber bolts in the front?

Loosen the rear bolts and pull on the wheel? How much can you really expect to get out of that?

That's exactly what my aligment guy did. He was able to get between -1.5 and -2.2 with the slop in the bolts.

Well I think my tech did a pretty good job considering that I had to get my car aligned two times first time it was done they left the car very uneven and refused to correct the problem. Now I know the rear is unbalaced but the shop did unloosen the bolts and that's the most they could get out of the back.. Also I was in the car during the alingnment to get a more accurate set up so far happy and by the way this is great for what I use the car.

My alignment guys got -1.5 degrees on both rears, but only after I checked the equipment connection to the wheels. I saw that it is easy to be out by .5 degrees if the wheel mounting of the equipment isnt spaced correctly.
