Default whiteline alk sport vs race

is the race version that much harshier ride than sport?

i already have coilover and swaybar. and its alreay bad enough for ride quality. would race version make any different in ride quality? and what's different between these two?
my car is a daily driver

The race really is pretty rough. What kind of coilovers do you have? They don't have to be that harsh.....

The Sport ALK is not bad at all....and if you already have bad ride quality, this won't be a noticeable addition to it.

im wondering is it more of road noise or bumpy suspension?

hows the sports compare to comfort? as far as performance and comfort?

I have Cusco Zero 2E's as well, I actually think the ride is much better, but you can def notice it....what settings are the coilovers on? I put them on the harshest setting and it was BANANAS!

I just want the best option for the ALK's! Is there that huge of a difference between the two? Will one outright perform better than the other at a circuit? Will it be annoying to drive around daily with the race? Let me know!

right now i have it at either 1 or 2. never really tried on 5, but i would imagine it will be more rough than 2

i have the comfort version. i just want to know what i'm missing out on, beside NVH.

curious how much quicker the sport and race would be.

Yah, that is the only thing holding me back...NVH doesn't bother me.....its an STi....come on...think WRC and you will love the car the way it is now. I rode around for 2 weeks without my backseats (was tweaking the coilovers) and I loved how I could hear all the noise...when I put my seats in..I was like DAMN its quiet. So, whats the difference between Race vs Sport?!?!

Faster exits through turns is the biggest thing I noticed. But, they went on with new sways and springs, so it is hard to say exactly what was changed by the ALK. With all three changes, the car was absolutely transformed. Even more so after the new alignment.

I have the 'race' version and only noticed a decrease in NVH....If you think about it it makes sense. It softens up the front a little bit from the control arm angle change...
