IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2005 Trader Rating: (10) | One thing alot of people forget here is a very simple thing. BOB's tolerance for noise is always different than STEVE's. Multiplied by how ever many people own these cars. Pillowball mounts MAKE MORE NOISE. Period. Just like Group-n mounts have alot more NVH than OEM, pillowballs def give ALOT more "THUG" sound, and or CLUNK sound than OEM, NOT TO MENTION That with a 7 or 8 k spring back there, its gonna give off some terrible sounds. So alot of this comes back to expectations and reality. YES, sometimes there are situations where something goes wrong, or something is loose....etc. I have driven in some clients cars and they have drum solo's going on in the back seat and they are fine with it. Others have the smallest of sounds and are terrified and pissed off. It comes down the those simple things. Just my .02 cents worth. Myles This ad is not endorsed by this member.
