| STI Driver | I just installed the WL FSB today as well as Kartboy endlinks. For those of you who have a similar setup, what was the final position of your endlinks? I expected them to be almost vertical like the stock endlinks, but the bar wasn't really willing to accomodate. It seemed like I'd really have to force it to get it to rotate any more than I did. The endlinks ended up angled forward a bit. Is this normal? I haven't roadtested the car yet. Thanks This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. I don't think I have had problems in the 1 years time I have had the bar on. I also havn't looked at my endlinks in at least 6 mo. I will go look at them today and see what they look like. |

Excessive front endlink noise The KB endlinks look like the angle on the Whiteline HD links I had on my car. I'm almost convinced that the stock endlinks are the better choice. Will be inspecting a friends daily driver that has 29mm bar with stock endlinks that has seen competition (autocross/track days) and will render final judgment then. | STI Driver | Just got back from roadtesting the car... The highs: Understeer? What understeer? Body roll? What body roll? Steering response is much quicker Front end feels much more solid Car is EXTREMELY stiff, it feels like I am directly connected to the road The not-so-highs: Ultra stiff suspension may grow a bit tiresome on anything but glass-smooth roads Left endlink made noise when entering a hard left turn and when turning up a steep driveway. I'll probably crawl under there next weekend and check to make sure they are still tight. Car probably won't be driven until nxt weekend, anyway. |

Edit: But I think you have tightened yours down more, seems like you have more threads sticking out. I'll double check next weekend, way too tired to do it now... | |

I have the same bar but I have whiteline endlinks, mine only look like that if I have the front wheels lifted off the ground. The whiteline links also come with spacers that make the link more centered between the a-arm tab and the bar mounting point. This ad is not endorsed by this member.
