Well with our open ended community tested prototypes we found a few things we will need to change on the front and rear bar to make them 100%. This was the purpose of getting other opinion and involved and testing the product with various people. None the less we are already making the needed changes. I would rather be on top of this than under it per say so there will be some delays.

The rear bar only works "well" on the soft setting of 25.5 and the front bar we need to revise the bushing mounting location to be flatter for bushing longevity.

In the meanwhile anyone who plans to use the rear bar in the soft setting ONLY..we have 22 rears for sale super cheap.

Again...this is a good thing and I am happy that this process has yielded us these results NOW rather than later. Not to mention that this is very normal for development.......just normally we keep all this to ourselves and you just get the finished product.

Again, I want to thank Clint at TIC, Stretch( Steve), Boost Junkie, Corey H., and Andy K for their involvement.

I don't think anybody is going to mind waiting a little bit longer to get a better product. Plus its cool to be able to watch a product develop (as opposed to the usual behind the scenes R&D you described).

Hey Myles, not to make this a free-for-all but I had also asked about the possibility of getting the bars unpainted but I understand about the rust issue. What about getting them clear anodized, is that a possibility?

I'm eagerly awaiting the revised sb release!

- Marshall

p.s. I've got the rest of the suspension installed and the car feels GREAT, what a difference from stock! Thanks again to you and the rest of your crew for the help.

No worries....this IS a free for all. We put this out there for the input and thats what we are getting and I am loving it to be honest.

The issue with the other options are cost and quantity. I also wanted somethng somewhat simple yet functional.

Good to hear on the suspension. I love your set up as it was my favorite for years.

Well 4 weeks comes to mind, but my focus is it being 100.0 %. no worries, I already started on the revisions and hope to have some testing done "soon"..meaning RCE "soon" !! ...meaning 2012,,JK....nah..meaning weeks.

I know many of you are excited and I hope this doesnt discourage you, but again...rather catch it now than later.

Case in point, I got new wheels for my road bike and the inner tube was pinched and I pumped them up to 130psi and took a picture real quick and as I snapped the shot on the camera...." Pssssssssssss"....the tube blew !!

Better that it happened THERE sitting still than on a 44mph descent !!..YES it was the front wheel too !!

The fact that you are even considering corrosion resistance is awesome,. This is a big annoyance to me- aftermarket components that look great new but don't hold up to the elements. Hopefully you have considered/tested road salt, extreme temp changes and humidity with these bars. At least 1 winter here (buffalo, NY) is a true test on hardware, welds and paint. My whiteline setup have looked better...

While we would love to sell many many bars NOW....we have to make sure that these bars are 100.1%. So for now we are working on getting 2 sets of revision 1 bars to test to ensure that the end result is a good SOLID product that our end users will enjoy.

I would say end of August at this point. I know some will cancel but I feel better knowing it will be RIGHT.

I have found a company that will test these for corrosion actually and I am waiting for a quote.

We have been selling the 20 sets of prototype rears as non adjustable 25.5mm bars lately for those who want that. We installed one today and the client liked the improvement. ( dirt cheap too).
