IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | i just purchased some eibach sportlines for my 05 sti. i went to a local shop to get them installed. to make a long story short, when they installed it, the driver side front and back was lowered but the passenger side front and back looks like it was stock height. so my car is pulling to the left. the parking lot of the shop that i went to is not level, so when they were finished it looked like that but i thought that it was normal because the parking lot is not level. i look at the box and they used eibach springs. what do you think might have happened? could it be that the shop had idiots working for them? please give me feedback. thanks This ad is not endorsed by this member. If you measure from the hub to fender and there is a difference between right and left sides, then the shop definitely messed something up. Who knows, if they never did it before, could they have mixed up front/rear, or even forget to swap out a spring or two? The simpler explanation could be - after a spring install, let them settle for 2 weeks, then check / get an alignment. |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | i just noticed that the springs that i received are eibach sportline springs. i look at the eibach website and it shows that they don't make the sportline springs for my sti, only for wrx. so i am assuming that the springs are made for a wrx. would that cause this problem? |

Use a tape measure to check your ride height. If you read a difference of more than 1/4". Chances are the install was not done properly. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. | |
