Default OEM fender braces for 2007 LTD's!!! Pics inside!!

I bought the TIC fender braces for my 2005 WRX (SOLD) I never instal them because I traded the car in few weeks after I received the fender braces. So I got my 2007 STI LTD and I noticed when trying to change the OEM braces to the TIC that the ones in my STI (stock) are WAY BETTER than the one that I saw in my 2005 WRX. I dont know if I should change them.... Here are the photos are those the same that are in the 2004-2006??
BTW I tried to remove and are TOOOO tight!!!!

Holy! Those are nice! All the factory fender braces I've seen are stamped 18g sheet metal. Don't touch them.

First thing I thought of too... "Oh...I can do fender braces now!"

Sweet, identical to my design except I used titanium . But that is a good indicator that fender braces are a worthwhile upgrade...

Titanium Side Cowl Brace!!

They seem a lot beefier. Seems like another revision by subaru that went unnoticed.

Hmm, now to get a part # and price for them.

Would be nice to actually put them in some sort of test jig to find out how stiff they are compared to the old style stays and aftermarket stays!

I would love to find the part number and price for these to compare to the many fender braces out there. Are these braces as stiff ast he STI fender braces? Good find that hopefully we can benefit from.

I'm going to say yes, because several folks here have upgraded their '06 fender braces. I don't think they would have done so if they had had braces similar to those pictured here.
