Default up and down in a flick of a switch?

Sorry if this topic was discussed in another thread.. I am planning to install vlimited lip on my 04 sti. The problem is that in my daily usage, i usually encountered bumps or road surface that will scrap my front splitters.. Imagine that it would scrap my future lips. I am wondering there is any strut or coil system that can lower and rise the car using a switch so that i can rise my sti when approaching the bump and lower it back to normal after that... Any other ideas are also welcome..

Thanks in advance...
