Default Squeak from the rear on left turns

I started noticing a squeak from the rear of my 06 with completely stock suspension the other day. It seems like it only happens when the back left is really unloaded under normal driving conditions (i.e. right turns). By 'really unloaded under normal driving conditions' I mean that it's when the wheels is as unloaded a lot when I'm just tooting around town. I'm not lifting wheels or anything.

Should I be worried? I searched, and nothing analagous came up. Have any of you guys heard of anything like this?

Thanks
