That's the WRX bar. They put the wrong part on.

My links have not bent but I replaced the rear endlinks the first month that I had the car with kartboy endlinks.

Latter I put on GF210 springs and no issues. I'm now running Sportline II coilovers and still no issues.

I've got a Whiteline 27-29mm FSB with stock front endlinks and no plans to upgrade the RSB.

KB rear endlinks here, too. Better safe than sorry.

I have Whiteline 24mm front and 22/23/24 rear sways. Stock springs.

So I went to pick up a pair... and the 100$ price tag slapped me in the face. While I wouldn't mind having them i have been spending like crazy lately and 100$ is something i can't part with for a little bit.

Assuming worst case scenario and they do flip... what happens? just crappy handling and inability to drive it? or can i limp home and order a set.

You could still drive it that way. I drove with a flipped bar for a few months, just be careful at high speeds.

DO NOT DRIVE WITH THE REAR BAR FLIPPED!!!!!!!!!! that's how i found out mine was flipped, i went around a corner and the rear end was very unstable, swinging out unpredictably not to mention it's gonna beat the crap out of your lateral links

2004 STi
1. Number of end links bent: both sides twice one week apart. flipped on one side
2. Springs and sway on the when it bent/flipped: stock
3. Circumstances around the bend/flip: entering work parking lot @ 45 degrees to the small curb ramp.
4. Miles: 28000
5. Anything else you think is relevant: After second time I paid for new Perrin endlinks and forced the dealer to install them along with a new swaybar as well under warranty. No problems after that.

Traded car in on a 2006 STi and have not had a problem with the stock suspension for over 12000 miles so far.

Tom
