I can't agree any more!

For all who think that our cars are lesser STi's, or wishing more STI parts on their cars: Please don't forget that all those 'STI' parts that are on the market are intended for non-STI Impreza owners.

I also want to make something clear: I have not seen a single Group N STI with those rear mounts (the mounts on all rally cars are a part of the whole spring/strut assembly, manufactured by the suspension vendor for that rally team, and 9 out of 10, they are custom made) Other Gr. N parts like arms, links, etc. are gravel competition upgrades, since you need them lighter but strong enough when you're running over rocks @ 100mph. Now, we can not do that with our wheels and tires, can we

I am more than happy with what Subaru provided me, I couldn't have asked for more...

However, I understand others who want to be able to adjust the handling of their cars; different set-ups for different driving conditions: track, autocross, commute, etc. Their answer is adjustable coil-overs. (I experienced JIC, a lot of room to play.)
I also understand that sporty, stiff ride pleasure(i.e. I sometimes, and really badly, need to drive a tarmac spec Subaru WRC for only 10 mins!)...To my experience, just sway bars will do the trick.

I cannot agree with this statement. If you visit Subaru.com and go to subaru owners, then performance parts and then performance parts again you will eventually discover that STI parts on the market are also intended for STI Impreza owners. But hey people make mistakes. If you are talking about specific parts, then say so. There are some STI parts that are not intended for STI Impreza owners, but most of the STI parts out there cannot be found on our STIs and when installed can demonstrate an improvement in performance or handling.
