I don't have Hotchkis endlinks, but the pictures I have seen show grease nipples so I would assume that an occasional squirt of grease is expected.

If you lube the polyurithane bushings on the Hotchkis/Kartboy endlinks, consider using a non-lithium based grease as it will not react with the bushing. Super Lube in NY is the only company I know of.
