Default Have you taken the time to plot our Camber & Toe Curves?

Many have commented on our poor camber curve but, I've seen no documented curves. Also, I am certain that I have experienced moderate bumpsteer on the track but, once again I have seen no curves. So if you have taken the time to plot our curves I would aprreciate it if you'd share your results! There is precious little we can easily do to improve our camber curves but we can try to keep the suspension within it's best range; however, in many cases poor toe curves (bump steer) can be improved upon relatively cheaply!

TIA,

Yeah, I understand that a poor camber curve is the result of macphearson struts (Just from reading. I don't have a clear understanding of just how bad a problem it is. Obviously it's packaging advantages are enough to overcome it's draw backs- or engineers would stop using it. If i could take a look at a curve I would be able to say, "Oh, that's not as bad as anticipated," or, "Wow, that is bad!" I guess I just want to get my head around the issue as it pertains to our cars.

I saw an old thread of yours on Nasioc where you presented a hypothetical plot of bumpsteer at caster extremes. Did you ever take the time to actually plot it?

Stretch has modeled a bit of it. It might be on his site - buildafastercar.com
