Doesn't look like they have any US distribution, but I'd bet one of their Australian distributors would send you some, or you could talk one of the vendors here into becoming the first US distributor.

BTW, their website was pretty easy to Google http://www.velocitytuningwerks.com/index2.htm

I just think that they would be great for Solox and Road Racing.
Compared to Stoptech or Prodive etc wich have 6-8 slots ,these have somehting like 50 slots. Thats ALLOT of cooling.

Xman, Are you sure thats their website? I dont see them there.

yep, here is the frame for that product: http://www.velocitytuningwerks.com/p...ecel_Rotor.htm

also, please read a GOOD brake rotor tech article. The slots do virtually nothing for cooling, the venting and vane design do so much more. Slots "look cool" and scrape away glazed pad surfaces or debris (i.e. gravel, mud and dirt) for rally cars. The slots presence for track or street cars is hotly debated.

This is nothing against these rotors which may be better because of their cooling vanes.

I am not only concerned about heat, I am also concerned about pad residue (spelling  ). My stock rotors are crystalizing.

Btw-did you find a price on these?

nope, no prices, but what pads are you using?? I have a set of Ferodo DS-2500's that I will be putting on this weekend. Hopefully they will bite a bit better and cut down on the dust. I never had many complaints about the stock Brembo pads other that the overheating (minor with autoX) and the dust.

If you are going with better rotors, check out DBA, I've never heard any problems with them, even under the worst conditions and the aluminum tophat will help dissipate some heat as well.

Im in T-1(Road Racing) I cant use 2 piece rotors.
I use Carbotech Panther XP9.
Were I race the temp rises to about 105-110 degrees. And thats air temp NOT track..track temp is much hoter. Not to mention the HUMIDITY. Its sticky hot
