Default Group N Bushings question

I wanted to verify if Group N bushings are the same as the Subaru "hardened bushings" like the SPT parts. I have a rear trailing arm link bushing group N part # ST2022044010 and an SPT part number # B0220FE010. Is the hardness the same? I am assuming it is but wanted to make sure since I have both. I searched but didn't find much. Thanks

Thanks

I believe so. However, the easiest way to get them is via SubaruGenuineParts.com. You can also e-mail Jamie to get the part#s you need if you have some other method to get them. But SGP has really good prices and great service.

That was the thing I got a bunch of the Group N parts for the lateral links and such and I need the trailing arm bushings. I was having trouble getting the group N trailing arm bushing. It was backorders and was taking a while. So I ordered from another place the "Subaru hardened" bushing. I notice that the "Subaru hardened” bushing the package label isn't pink like the group N one and the part number was different. I installed the "Subaru Hardened" bushing and dumb luck 2 days later I got the group N ones in the mail that I have been waiting on for over a month. Haven't driven the car yet but I just wanted to see if anyone knew out of curiosity. I will probably leave the ones I installed already.

Thanks

When you pulled the old ones it should have been pretty obvious if the new bushings are harder. THe old ones are really soft. As for the difference betwen the "hardened" and GoupN bushings, I would be surprised if Subaru made two different sets of upgraded bushings.

Yeah the originals were soft and easy to tell group N from the old not a problem. Sorry If I wasn't clear on that. I was more concerned if there were two upgrade bushings the group N and the Hardened bushings. I wouldn't think there would be but I figured I would check.

You can always just check the part numbers. If the "hardened" was a Group N, it would also have had either a white or a yellow paint marking.
