Arrow Recommendations: Camber / Caster and Toe settings

Hey there,
I was hoping to get some recommendations in regards to Camber / Caster and Toe setting for a 06 STI with Cusco Zero 2R
Use: 80% track (with multiple turns ... but 2 strightaways with speeds up to 140 mph)
20% Weekend highway and mountain driving
No daily use. Currently using Toyo R888. Heading to a performance shop on Thursday ... but wanted some collective insight ...
Thanks,
DSR

-3.0 front and -1.8 rear with dead toe. Leave the damping settings on 3 rear and 2 front and be patient with the turn in. Other than that, just drive.
Oh and make sure its NOT slammed.

What Myles said. Although I might recommend adjusting front toe to taste. I personally like a dash of toe in up front for road courses... by a "dash" I mean just that, very little, like no more than .1 degrees.

I've been wondering about alignment settings as well, and I have not been able to find a collection of data for it. I think it would be cool to get a sticky that had a table of recommended alignment settings for various setups and car uses. Obviously personal preference comes into play, but a list of recommended settings for a starting point would be great.

Anyways, sorry to hijack.

Does increasing the camber (ie. negative camber) increase the cars tendancy to "track"

in my experience, with 245/40/18 tires and -2 camber all around, lowered on coilovers, I definitely had more "tramlining" or tracking as you say.
