Default Monoflex springs

I just bougth my tein monoflex for my USDM 05 STI first I felt my monoflex nice. Then after few days I noticed that the suspension is a little bit hard even if we consider that here in Peru south america the roads are not good enought.
What I am planning is to change the springs on my monoflex (originally 560 Lb/in front, 392 Lb/in rear) to other ones softer than the ones that come with the monoflex suspension kit.

What lb/in ratio springs is recomendable to use in my car. I want a car that can turn fast enought but also a confortable car for diary using.
thanks
