Default DMS Coilovers in!

Picked up these babys, got them re-built and installed.I got to say they are amazing. The car is brilliant.I have them on a month now but,was waiting for the snow to melt in the Catskills to hit my fav roads.
Combined with the ultra-sticky RE01r's the grip is outstanding.I don't push too hard on public roads but,i could not find the limit on tight turns. The car just, well, turns. No drama.
The quality of the coilovers can be felt in the ride.Absorbs everything.
Again no drama on mid-turn corrections, maybe more Throttle-off oversteer?
Going to the Glen next week so they will be tested at the limit.
I am so happy with the car now that i feel i am done modding.

Yes and an alignment too.
I am not a numbers guy so i don't know the specs.Feels good though.
I had sways only before the coilovers and it is night and day.
We tested different settings for a while and came up with the best for me.
I wonder if i could pull a G in the bends?

you can definitely pull over a g peak, whether you could sustain over a g on a skid pad is another question.

i mean some magazines use skid pad numbers to rate suspensions. It's a good measure of grip but it's far from the whole story. A car with a lot of grip will pull 1g on an skid pad (think lotus exige), but anything above .9 is considered pretty good and according to sport compact car's testing a stock sti pulls about .91

well they make g-meter's (this is an example Amazon.com: G-Tech Pro Performance Meter RR w/ PASS Software: Automotive), but i believe most of the less expensive ones only read peak g's not average.

just fyi - being able to sustain lateral G's is much more reflective of your swaybars and TIRES than the quality of your coilovers.
