Default Too much power steering assist?

Now I may be going crazy here but I swear since my oil change last Friday my power steering has been way too strong. It almost feels like I'm driving my old accord where the steering wheel turns effortlessly. I hadn't driven my car for a few days but if my memory served me correctly the wheel used to be a lot tighter. I'm not sure if the dealership could've done anything to mess it up but all I had done was an oil change. I know they do their customary inspections so they could've filled the PS fluid. Would this affect anything? Is something else the culprit? Here are my only suspension mods:

Stock struts
Prodrive springs
Rear KB endlinks

I've tried various tire pressures at 34/30, 36/30, 38/32, but none seem to correct the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: It seems I was initially fooled by the play in the steering wheel. It probably is not related to the power steering because I'm not sure the tires are actually turning with the steering wheel. It seems that even though the steering wheel is now really loose, I need to turn much more to get the same effective turn as before. Basically, the car handles like crap. After some research here's what I plan to do:

Check alignment and adjust if out of whack
Change steering rack bushings
