Default Searched, need a quick answer (car on jacks)

What is the optimum ride height for STi's? I have searched here, nasioc, and cannot come up with a difinitive answer- 14.1"f 13.75" rear?

optimum for what conditions? (tracking, daily driving, etc) or all-around your looking for?

All around aggressive, mostly daily driving.

are you on adjustable coils? or looking for a specific spring suspension setup?

friend's 04 STi w/ coilovers and new wheels, they are rubbing, way too low- looking to raise them right now then go for an alignment

Your ideal ride height will depend on what struts you are using. The most important thing to look at is sufficient bump travel. On the stock struts for daily driving, the ideal ride height is the stock height at minimum.

14" front, 13.5" rear has been given out as the best baseline for awhile now, but it depends on a few things like the damper used for bump travel, size of your tires and wheels for fender clearance, and even ground clearance for weather.
