Default rce yellows

I recently installed rce yellows on my 06 sti, and aware that it was not much of a drop i supposed it would look a bit more even than it actually does. After talking to the guys who installed my springs, they told me that with a little bit of time and driving the springs would settle and the car would look more even, is this true? What are my options to install to give the car a more even look? camber plates??

It should settle a tad in the front, but it won't be like another half inch or so more, nothing crazy like that. Lowering camber plates up front would do the trick as they give you like 3/8 of an inch as advertised.

The springs will settle but not by much. I assume that you want the front lower or the back higher, correct? You can buy the RCE lowering camber plates and I think that those lower another 3/8" without sacrificing the springs capabilities.

04 sti's will sit lower (in the front) than an 05-07. The 04's were like that. Where as the 05-07's the nose was in the air it seemed. Then of course add in the right side sitting 1/2 inch higher on ALL Impreza's and you get some cars with alot of fender gap....esp on the right side.

I have noticed this slight unevenness on the right side, pretty strange. If anything Subaru should have made the left side higher of stiffer; added driver weight and other stuff on the driver side that aren't on the passenger.

the prodrives are known to even out the drop than the RCE's.

if the looks bother you, this can be corrected. but from experience, evening out the wheel gaps don't really improve anything. the car was meant to have this "uneven gap" even though the front doesn't technically sit higher.

Does anybody know if replacing the battery with a lighter one help the situation with the uneven right-side?

I have the yellows on my 06 STI and the front sits way higher then the rear. I've been thinking about the RCE lowering camber plates for the front but I'd like to see a picture of that setup before I order them

I may be wrong but I highly doubt you'll tell the difference in weight/handling by replacing the battery.
