Still not 100% sure if I'll be able to make it there, since it's the off week between a test and the Miller race. I'm definitely hoping to make it though ... tell that "sick fast" guy who's bringing his car that he made a good choice!
Yes, it was you buddy. But too bad I posted this before you bailed out!!! Hope you can make it.

Tony, you should seriously stop dropin dough on parts if you didn't invest in a data acq system. You guys started the thread on suspension power braging and I think the whole 2008 on group would appreciate your guy's findings vs. stock. Especially considering that you guys sell suspension components...imagine if you had DATA to prove the products you sell? Who can say "no" to that?

Man, I haven't hit the Autobahn yet....I like staying in Michigan and eventually wondering off into the perlly gates of Mid-O. I should be at Mid-O July 11-13 with NASA, HPDE let me know if you guys are droppin' by. Would love to watch, talk and learn.

Nice. I am very intersted in seeing some results from them when they do suspension mods. I would love to see some numbers on runing different sway bars on stock suspensions.

We are going to be putting the maxQ to use this Monday at the track for the first time on the 08. We are also going to take the cones out and setup a 200 ft skidpad to run some of our own numbers....just have to find out where to do it. We have been talking about doing a standard slalom as well.

Got the rear bar on today. HUGE difference so far. Got rid of much of the body roll left in the car which makes it feel more confidence inspiring during cornering. The bar is a 25mm hollow unit that is two positiin adjustable. I have it on the softer setup currently. The rear is definitely lighter when lifting off throttle which makes the heavy car feel much more lively. I have been spending much time getting our Miata ready for the track day this coming Monday and in the process have spent a few hours driving it around. I forgot how much fun a small, light car can be even with little power. It's just so manuverable. The rear bar definitely helps the car feel more nimble, but it still feels heavy.

I also got the time to bed in the Pagid pads I got from Myles. I thought I was getting the Yellow's, but instead on the new RS5's(I could have ordered the RS5's and not remember.....been a bit nuts lately). All I can say is WOW!!! They have some serious bite to them. I am actually a little worried that the 265 RE01R's may not be enough tire for them come Monday, but we'll see.

Tony
