Yep, I used spacers in the front as well.

Did you get your setup fixed?

Spacers are to correct the angle of the endlink to the bar ONLY IF YOU NEED THEM. It seems to depend on the bar.

Clint hooked me up with a care package and I think I'm good now. Did the install today. TiC, now that's a company that i will use again!
