what coilover to get ?

hello,

I am new to the suspension thread and dont know much about which coilovers are good to get... i have about $1300 to spend on them and the STI is my daily driver so if anyone could steer me in the right direction i would really appreciate it.

3) Have a read of those, then ask this question again if you're still not sure.

^ Amen. If you're new to the suspension would. I'd give springs a shot before you plunge into coilovers. Especially you're car being a daily driver and all. Give the rce yellows a shot. Good luck!

save another 1300 and get the cusco zero 2r.

if the car is only used for daily driving, coilovers are not the way to go. search for ohlins struts and the rb320 struts (there are a few other options too).

What do you think coilovers are going to get you if all you do is daily drive the car?

Get rid of the OEM strut clunk

You know, they are good struts, and unless they are blown repacking them with good grease will go a long way toward curing that clunk.
