Default cusco camber plate question

I'm going to install some cusco front camber plates this weekend. Could someone give me an install order so I make sure I have everything correct in the assembly.

It should be something like:
Strut-perch-washer-spacer provided by cusco-plate-bolt

It came with pictures...but I just wanted to be sure I was getting it right.

depends, but it should be:

coilover strut-spring-top perch-lower cusco washer-camber plate-top nut

or:

oem strut-spring-oem rubber noise isolator-large top perch-oem conical washer-cusco lower washer-plate-top nut.

Ok, they are on, but I have one more question. How much extra thread should the top nut have that is not being used? The way it is just doesn't look right to me. It's the same on both sides. There are a couple of unused threads which gives it the appearance of not being tightened down all the way. We checked the torque and even disassembled everything to check for stripped threads, etc. and everything looks good.

I'm on stock 04 struts with tanabe gf's 05 fitment (the really really stiff ones).

Edit: I've done some searching and all I can come up with are pictures of similar models on other cars (these are nissans):

It looks like they fit the way mine do. It makes me slightly more comfortable.
