Default Definitive answer for rear camber bolts

I am going with front camber plates, and was wondering for stock shocks whether or not to get rear camber bolts. I would like to get around -1.0-1.2 rear camber, but am not sure if they will slip after an auto-x event or just street driving.

I realize there are many threads that mention rear camber bolts, but I have never heard a definitive response, so I appreciate advice from those of you who have actually tried them.
Thanks!

My rear bolts never slipped after a track day and a few thousand miles of street driving. They are a cheap mod, and a little time to align them is no real big cost either.

I'd say try them, and if you dont like them, you can always sell them. I'll say though I LOVED my -2F -1R setup.. it was like driving a well balanced car again, i could steer my car with the throttle.. it was bliss

I too have run rear camber bolts with great success. I have not had them slip either. I would recomend H&R's bolts as I feel that they are much better quality/fittment than Ingals etc.

Dont worry...just run them...dont listen to scoilist...he full of crapola Pulls sheit out of his arse...

I got -1.3 on the stock setup. Even though it's not adjustable per se.

I have -1.2 & -1.5 in the rear stock so I don't think you need rear camber bolts

Yeah, depends on your drop.

I have -1.0 rear on RB320. No camber bolts.

Hmmm... you guys think I should look into rear camber bolts? My rear is -1.0 degrees on one side and -2.0 on the other. I would like around 1.5 on booth sides... Hell, aren't chamber bolts only like $50... might as well try them.

Thanks a lot guys. I think I will try them out as last time I could only muster a -1.4 and -1.6 degrees of rear camber. I am not changing my ride height and since I am getting a new alignment with new camber plates, I might as well get the rear set up. I just wanted to make sure most of you who put your cars through stress didn't notice that they slipped nearly as much as putting camber bolts up front.

Ross you are the reason I want rear camber bolts haha. Thanks again for all of your help!

Hmm...I think that -1.4 to -1.6 degrees rear camber is pretty good. Any more than that and you will start plowing....

I've run a WHOLE mess of settings on the rear. i found that -1.5 back there gave really nice grip, but you really had to pitch it hard to get that back to come around on sharp turns. I prefer -1.0 to -1.1 for a nice balance of grip and slide. -0.8 if you like it really tail happy.

Please remember all these settings were with 0 toe. You could do like -1.5 with some toe out and it would feel more tail happy.

Poly- I meant I was trying to get less negative camber but all it just wouldn't budge.

TIC- -1 with a 24 rsb sounds like fun What camber bolts did you use? I saw some on your site but wasn't sure if those were meant for the front or rear.

Why do you want less negative camber? What do you plan to do with the car?

Oh camber bolts can be used in either the front or the rear...they are universal. I would personally get H&R bolts.

Sorry for the confusion, I want less rear negative camber. I want that because with -1.5 I cannot get enough rotation.
