Anyone familiar with SCCA. I was bumped because of brace. Because of my H brace they bumed me up to XP class. WTF?

Best thing to do is read the rule book, it's available at scca.com to download free. Read the rules for the calss you want to be in. What did you think you would qualify for?

+1 on reading the rule book.

Cross bracing bumps you out of any class the STi would normally be competitive in.

Take off the braces and get into BSP or better yet load the STU map and run in STU. That's easy enough.
